Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox born December 25 of 1954 in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox are her parents. Lennox, who studied for three year at the Royal Academy of Music London in the 1970s was accepted. Lennox was able to survive on a student's stipend working part-time in order to supplement her earnings. Lennox made the decision to alter her profession when she was dissatisfied with her inexperience and lack of talent the same way as other Royal Academy students. Lennox was a flute player with a group called Dragons Playground in 1976. But she quit prior to the group's appearance on I.T.V.s talent competition New Faces. Between 1977 and 1980 she served as the main vocalist of The Tourists, a British Pop group. She began to meet Dave Stewart, with whom she would form the pop-duo Eurythmics. Lennox began work with Diva in 1992, her debut solo album. It became a huge success both commercially and critically. Nostalgia Lennoxs 6th solo album debuted in October of 2014. The C.D. The C.D. is composed of Lennox's most loved soul, jazz and blues songs of her youth. In addition in May 2019 Lennox released Lepidoptera a collection comprising four tracks improvised by piano. The E.P. is a companion piece for her installation of art at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art called Now I Let You go... It's also her debut independently-released album. Annie Lennox is a Scottish artist and singer born on the 25th of December 1954. The Tourists gained some minor acknowledgement for their and Dave Stewart's work during the 1970s. They would go on, during the 80s, to form the popular duo Eurythmics. Lennox debuted her solo music career in 1992, through the album Diva. It featured many famous songs like walking on Broken Glass and What's the Matter with You. Medusa is the album she recorded as her first studio album in 1995. It has covers of such songs as The No MoreI I Love Yous and A Whiter Shade of Pale. The singer has recorded six solo studio albums as well as a compilation album to her credit.
