Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo
Lesley Ann Brandt (born December 2 in 1981) is a South African model, actress and a TV personality. Having started her acting career through the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came in the form of her first role as Naevia in the historical drama series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress has appeared in numerous TV series in the past decade. They include Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. Brandt is currently appearing as Mazikeen, a character in Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fantasy Lucifer. Brandt was raised in Cape Town South Africa. In her later teens, she emigrated along with her parents in Auckland New Zealand. Brandt's professional career began as a fashion model when she appeared in television commercials and magazine advertisements. In the years before she was a model with a protracted career she worked as a salesperson working in retail and an IT recruitment consultant. The role she played was Leilani, a New Zealander in the comedy Diplomatic Immunity in 2009. In 2021, she made her debut on Spartacus Blood and Sand on Starz. She played a slave girl, Naevia. She has as well reprised her role as Naevia in the mini-series that prequels Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker co-starred in three shows on television: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (1010) and Legend of the Seeker 2008 together with her. The year 2016 saw her started to play the role of a bounty hunter named Mazikeen in the Netflix show Lucifer. She has played her leading role until now. She co-stars on the show alongside Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro as well as D. B. Woodside.
