Maureen Denise McCormick born 5th August 1956 in Woodland Hills California, youngest daughter and only of Richard McCormick. She was the home of her mother as a mother. Michael Dennis and Kevin are three of her older brothers. McCormick was an accomplished artist and singer from a young age. She would put on shows with puppets to entertain her friends. After winning the Baby Miss San Fernando Valley contest at the age of 6 year old Pat Domigan called from Jack Wormser Agency to see whether McCormick was interested in getting involved in the industry of entertainment. McCormick was offered her first significant work in 1964, as she acted in a television commercial for Mattels newest doll Baby Pattaburp. In the following year, she starred for an additional firm's Chatty Cathy Doll and was immediately selected for the La Jolla Playhouse play Wind ItUp And ItBreaks. The Brady Bunch McCormick auditioned to play the oldest daughter in the three towheaded girls on The Brady Bunch. The show was a collaboration between Florence Henderson, Robert Reed as well as a brand new family. The five-year run of the show was a success. McCormick admitted her story in Heres the Story. Surviving Marcia Brady, and Finding My True Voice (published 2008) that McCormick nearly lost her Virginity to Barry Williams during the five-year run in the series. He was 19. She was 16. It was likely that we would have a romantic couple, she added. But the timing wasn't right.
